- How do I track my shipment?
- First you must login to your account. The left hand column has a login form where you need to insert your username and password.
- After successfully logging in, you will see a new item listed in the left column, "Your Account and Orders".
- By following this link, you will be taken to a page listing your orders and other account information. View the order that you are interested in.
- Toward the top of the order, you will see a listing for "Tracking Info:" where a tracking link is posted.
- If the link is missing or broken, then please contact us for more information, email@example.com.
Like many other Web sites, www.gizmomotors.com makes use of log files. Gizmomotors has a high-level secure server for online ordering.
Customers may order 7 days a week, 24 hours a day on-line.
Be assured, any information transmitted during the order processing will be safe and secure!
Terms of payment and sales
We use PayPal for all sales. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and checks by e-check.
Payment may be made by personal checks, money orders or cashier checks, but the order will not be shipped until payment of check clears your bank institution.
No C.O.D. orders will be accepted.
Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Day Typical delivery time).
Listed prices do not include freight or applicable taxes.
Most orders going to Alaska and Hawaii can ship at the same rate as to the contiguous 48 states. However, certain large and/or heavy orders may incur an additional cost. In these cases, we will contact you regarding additional shipment costs.
Merchandise may be returned, but MUST be returned within 14 days of purchase. The buyer will pay the postage to return the item. You MUST get an authorization from us before returning the item. All returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. This fee covers the cost of returning items to inventory.

Our store is configured to accept all major credit cards as well as electronic checks through Paypal. There is an included 3% Paypal fee which will be automatically calculated at checkout.
We will also take Checks and Money Orders, but they will have to clear before we ship out your order.

- Do you accept returns on used engines
No. We do not accept returns on used engines. Further to the point, I don't think we have EVER seen a legitmate warranty issue on a Zen watercooled engine. It's a hobby. If you order a hobby engine, you need to accept the risks inherent in using a high performance engine like this. You are going to have to replace parts as time goes on.
If you want to be certain you will never have a problem with an engine, simply do not run one.
